Modify Employee Groups

To give supervisors the ability to update and/or delete employee group information, you must make sure that the supervisor's functional role has employee modification rights.

To enable a supervisor to modify employee group information, complete the following steps:

  1. Update the functional role for employee modification rights. On the Functional Roles screen from the Administration > Users & Groups menu, click the Basic Information tab.
  2. Select the Modify Employee Group check box, then Save.
